• We service the Cincinnati, OH and tri-state areas. We are willing to travel depending on the location and job cost.

  • For in person installatins, our minimum is $450. We offer our grab and go garland options for smaller price points.

  • At this time we do not do full event decor but we do have preferred vendors that we work with that can help bring your vision to life.

  • The sooner the better! We prefer atleast a 2 weeks notice. This allows us to plan and order any necessary items for your event. If you are not certain of your exact decor needs, you can always use our $200 secure the date (event must be 30+ days away). Where we can take our time and plan to figure out exactly what you want. Your $200 is a retainer fee and is non-refundable but is transferrable up to 1 time.

  • If we are available we are more than happy to provide your event with balloon decor. You may me limited to colors we already have, or expedited shipping fees, rush order fees, and your full order total is due at the time of booking.

  • We have other design options available that do not require us to install anything on the wall. Just make sure you inform us on your inquiry form.

  • Yes! We do offer strike services. This consists of popping and disposing the balloons WE set up. Please be advised, there is a strike fee of $8/ foot of garland.

  • For latex, smaller 9-12” helium balloons will generally last from 8 to 12 hours (2-4x longer with hi-float), while the larger ones can last up to 2-3 days. Foil balloons typically last from 3 to 5 days, up to a few weeks.

  • Grab and Go Garlands

    • You must proivde at least a 7 day notice prior to your pick up date to reschedule your grab and go garland. Colors cannot be changed.

    Custom Installations

    • You must provide a 1 week notice prior to your scheduled date to reschedule your installation.

    • We can transfer your deposit ONE TIME to a future booking as long as you meet the above requirement. Cancelling less that 1 week prior forfeits your depsit.

  • All payments are non-refundable, but are transferrable to an event of equal cost within a 6 months period. Any extra colors or extra designing elements will be charged. Change of location also affects the pricing and customer will receive an additional invoice denoting changes. Change of date is at a first come first serve basis.
